All Creating Our Futures is our pupil leadership group, made up of Head Pupils and Student Leaders, who inspire ambition and shape opportunity across our school. They encourage high aspirations, gather pupil voice, and plan meaningful events that help students develop their talents and explore a wide range of career pathways. Through this work, they empower every pupil to make informed and confident choices about their future.

Primary Careers Week
Please take a look at our wonderful video celebrating The GLC Primary Careers Week. Throughout the week, members of our community and valued partners visited to speak to the children about their roles and career journeys, helping to inspire and broaden their aspirations. Here is what they had to say…
"I love bringing the City into schools and watching the children fully immerse themselves in the City. The children were all so engaged in the City and learning through play; something which is so important in EYFS. I also loved watching the interaction between the teachers/staff and the children in the City - when the adults get involved too, it enhances the children's experience and it was great to see!"

Gateway Academy Careers Fair
Take a look at our fantastic video celebrating The Gateway Academy Careers Fair. Throughout the event, valued partners and local businesses joined us to speak with students about their career journeys, future aspirations, and the wide range of opportunities available to them. From insights into different industries to discussions about higher education pathways, the day was filled with inspiration and meaningful conversations.
Our students had the chance to engage with professionals, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of the possibilities ahead. Here’s what they had to say…

89.1% of secondary students said that the careers fair helped them to better understand the types of careers that are on offer after education.
